How do you make Grilled Chese?

Okay my mom, dad, older brother and little sister went to visit my grandma and my parents gave the chef and nanny the weekend off for the holiday. Me and my older sister are home alone and starving and we have no idea how to cook.

You need: softened butter, american cheese and sliced bread. Lightly spread butter on one side of the bread. Put 1-2 slices cheese on nonbuttered side of the bread and top with the other slice. Both buttered sides should be facing out. Heat a skillet to hot and then set your sandwich carefully and cook until each side is toasty brown. Have with chips and pickles, yumm!!

How do you make Grilled Chese?

2 slices Cheddar, American, or Swiss cheese

2 slices white bread

2 tablespoons butter PreparationPut the cheese between the slices of bread. Heat 1 tablespoon of the butter in a skillet or grill and when melted add the sandwich. Gently press down with a spatula once or twice during the grilling. When one side is golden, add the remaining tablespoon of butter, turn the sandwich over, and brown.
